We say challenge, we’re not about pushing you to your limits or putting your body through a kind of hell. In fact, it’s the opposite. Whatever level you feel you’re at with yoga, we’re here to challenge you to focus on the well-being benefits that will see you soar through the month. 

For those of you who have never participated in yoga, your challenge is to try it out. Start on YouTube with a beginner’s class, or, if you like to get out there and join a community of women, join a yoga class for beginners. You’ll ease yourself in with some classic and easily achievable poses, and work on gently transitioning between them. It’s as simple as trying it out and seeing how it works for you. 

For those of you already well accustomed to the world of yoga, your challenge is to take it up a notch. Whether that be completing 15 minutes of yoga daily, rather than 1 hour a week. Or maybe it’s trying out more advanced poses. Perhaps you could trial a new type of yoga entirely… hot yoga, baby yoga and puppy yoga are becoming more popular by the day.
