Is it free to return my order?

 Important Update:

- We still offer FREE returns for customers, if you select store credit or an exchange. 

- All UK orders are now subject to a return fee, if returning for a refund. 

- All orders retuned via home collection or a postal drop-off store will have a £1 fee deducted from the final refund total.

Why do you now charge for returns? 

With costs now increasing dramatically across all operations and logistics, we unfortunately had to make the difficult decision in charging for returns. Please note, this fee includes the costs of the return couriers, the process of handling your return, and the likely possibility that your return (if opened) will need to be cleaned and repackaged.

Important information: For all returns, please keep your proof of postage receipt as you may need to provide this if asked.

 Are exchanges free? If you’re looking to exchange your order, great news! You won’t be charged any return fees for exchanges. We understand that finding your perfect fit might take a few tries.

International customer returns -

For all customers based outside of the UK we recommend returning your order via you local postal service at a basic rate. You will be liable for the full cost of return.
