I'm outside of the returns window, can I still return?
We understand that sometimes life can get ahead of us so we have adjusted our returns period to an extended time scale of 30 days.

If the order was received over 30 days ago, we will be unable to accept the order for a refund or exchange. Our company policy states that all items should be returned within 30 days of purchase. 

We then extend this to 60 days for anything that would be considered a manufacturing fault. If you register a return you believe to be faulty you will be told that your return is under review. This will allow us time to look into the matter further and email you if needs be.
