I haven't received all of the items in my order?
In the unlikely event that you have not received all of your items within your LOVALL parcel, we sincerely apologise. Please check that you have not received any emails from our Customer Care Team in relation to your order.
Should you have no correspondence from us then please contact us as soon as possible with the following information so we can get this resolved quickly and efficiently for you:
- Order number (this begins with an 'LL')
- Details of the item not received
- Confirmation of delivery address
