This prize draw is for the chance to win a Trailfinders gift card to the value of £1000. The winner can choose any experience of the same value or below available on trailfinders.com. The winner could also put the £1000 Trailfinders gift card towards a higher value adventure and pay the difference. The winner will also receive a Love Leggings gift card to the value of £250. This prize will be arranged with the winner for delivery by email.

 

The competition runs from 16th March 2022 – 25th March 2022. The voucher is valid for travel within 12 months of the closing date, and all bookings are subject to availability.

 

The Promoter reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify, vary or suspend the promotion in whole or in part at any time in the event that unforeseen circumstances make this unavoidable. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entrant and/or select an alternate Winner in the event the Promoter believes that any entrant has contravened any of these terms and conditions. There is no cash or other alternative prizes to those stated and the prize is non-transferable. The Promoter’s decision is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.

 

The Winners must communicate with the Promoter within 72 hours of being informed that they have won a Prize and provide sufficient details to enable the Promoter to arrange the delivery of the Prize. In the event that any Winner does not, within 72 hours of being informed that they are a Winner, provide sufficient details to enable the Promoter to arrange delivery, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative Winner for that Prize from all other proper and valid entries that were received for promotion. Delivery of the £250 spending money will be completed via bank transfer. Failure to claim the Prize by the time or in the manner specified will make any claim to the Prize invalid.

 

The Prize draw is open to anyone over the age of 18 with permanent legal UK residency except employees of the promoters, their families, agents or anyone else professionally connected with the prize draw. Entries will be selected at random and the winner will be notified by email, with instructions to claim their prize. By entering the competition, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and eligible to claim any prize you may win. Love Leggings may require you to provide proof that you are eligible to enter the competition.

 

By providing your details you expressly consent to receive marketing emails from the promoter, the details you provide will be shared with those and handled in accordance to their privacy policies. These terms and conditions are governed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

 

Any personal data relating to participants will not be disclosed to a third party for any other purpose without the individual’s prior consent.
