LOVALL Return Policy
Our LOVALL Return Policy:
- We offer FREE returns* for customers, if you select store credit or an exchange.
- Go to our Returns page to generate your returns label.
- All orders retuned for a refund will be charged accordingly. EVRi parcelshop drop offs are £1.99 and Home Collections and InPost Locker returns are £2.99.

You have 30 days to return your LOVALL from the date of payment.
- We do not refund any postage charges on orders.
- All returned products must be returned unwashed and with the tags unbroken. This is an extremely strict policy, we will not refund products that have the tags removed.
- Any items returned back to us with damage, stains or signs of wear, that have not been reported will not be accepted or exchanged.
- Any tights may be returned if the packaging has been opened, however, the above policy on damage, stains, or wear still applies for hygiene reasons.
- We aim to process all returns and exchanges within 2-3 working days of receiving your returned LOVALL parcel. We send you an automated email, of confirmation of your return / exchange.
- Once processed, refunds can take up to 5 working days to be reaccredited to your original payment method.
- All exchanges are subject to stock availability as per your request.
- All exchanges will be dispatched on our standard 2-3 shipping service
- If you use a postal service other than our free returns label, then unfortunately we cannot reimburse this cost.
